aguacaliente11-16-06-015-1asmall.jpgThe Grand Palms Buffet is always under the careful supervision of  Manager Manuel Vega, Executive Chef Tim Wilcox, and Executive Sous Chef Michael Milligan. They tend to the training and staffing, choosing the menus, cooking and serving. They do everything to make sure that all you have to do is chose what you want to eat and enjoy it. Chef Milligan was trained at the Culinary Institute of America, in New Jersey, the Harvard of food preparation. He loves to cook and create. He says he can think of nothing that is more fun and exciting than to be told, at the last minute, that he has a party of 500 people to cook for, for several days. A true extreme chef.

Everyone can find something they like and no one ever goes home hungry or unhappy. We often get requests of family and friends to visit the Grand Palms Buffet and we always enjoy our meals.
